Development, planning & design, education, environmental science, and construction

We facilitate, plan, and develop communities and individual sites related to intentional communities, specifically co-housing. We also create cottage villages, rural communities, aging in community, and inter-generational projects.

All communities are created to take greater responsibility for green and affordable housing, local foods, local distributed energy, water quality and conservation, and reduction of carbon footprints. Each community will become a building block of a local, living economy.
